We finally left the marina on a glorious day  at lunchtime on Monday and headed towards Atherstone where we moored just before the locks. After a quick shopping trip (for Greg's cheese!) we continued through the locks, which for the first time ever were all in our favour.

We headed out of Tamworth and on through Fazeley where we saw a boat just for you Claire...'The Wine Boat'.
